Information

What we need

  • • Fluent English — both written and spoken (this is a must)
  • • Knowledge of additional languages such as Thai, Chinese, or Russian is highly desired; any other language is a plus
  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • • Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns with a focus on results
  • • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • • Detail-oriented and proactive, with a customer-first mindset, innovative problem-solving skills, and a positive, can-do attitude

What you will do

  • • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through clear and consistent communication
  • • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand the range of services provided
  • • Prepare tailored materials for clients and provide ongoing support throughout the partnership
  • • Collaborate closely with IT, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless service and client satisfaction
  • • Manage and respond to clients’ daily inquiries, requests, and issue resolutions in a timely manner
  • • Provide regular updates and progress reports to Management on account status and key developments
