What we need

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, complemented by sharp analytical thinking.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a knack for managing complex timelines across multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Excel and a proven ability to manage diverse campaigns and projects with a customer-centric approach.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Proficiency in English is a must, and fluency in Russian, Portuguese, or Spanish is highly desirable. Additional language skills are a bonus.

What you will do

  • Forge and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless and enriching partnership.
  • Drive business growth by expanding our offerings to current clients and strategizing promotional activities with creativity and support.
  • Address client inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with our IT, Sales, and Marketing departments to ensure cohesive operations.
  • Provide regular updates to management on project progress and milestones.
