What we need
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, complemented by sharp analytical thinking.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a knack for managing complex timelines across multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Excel and a proven ability to manage diverse campaigns and projects with a customer-centric approach.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in English is a must, and fluency in Russian, Portuguese, or Spanish is highly desirable. Additional language skills are a bonus.
What you will do
- Forge and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless and enriching partnership.
- Drive business growth by expanding our offerings to current clients and strategizing promotional activities with creativity and support.
- Address client inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with our IT, Sales, and Marketing departments to ensure cohesive operations.
- Provide regular updates to management on project progress and milestones.
