What we need
- Proven experience in client acquisition and sales deal closure.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills across multiple online communication channels (e.g., email, Zoom, Slack).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to develop long-lasting business relationships.
- Willingness to travel internationally for events and meetings.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2 level).
- Native-level fluency in any additional language is a plus.
- Solid understanding of CRM systems.
- Capability to handle business uncertainties and propose effective solutions.
What you will do
- Actively expand Mancala Gaming’s client base through lead generation and acquisition (both online and in-person).
- Conduct business negotiations, close sales, and prepare contracts.
- Establish and develop long-term relationships with customers, driving ongoing business opportunities.
- Attend and represent Mancala Gaming at international trade fairs and industry events (both online and offline).
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to meet sales targets and strategic goals.
- Address business challenges by identifying solutions that ensure deal closures.
- Create compelling commercial proposals to secure new business.
- Manage client relationships and track progress using our CRM system.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting requirements.
- Stay updated on market trends and expand your professional network.
