Job Description

As Digital Content & Social Media Manager, you will lead the charge in growing Mancala Gaming’s awareness across B2B social media channels. You’ll develop and execute channel strategies aligned with game launches, partnerships, and industry events—crafting a consistent and engaging brand presence.

You will be responsible for building our digital footprint with fresh content, data-driven decisions, and creative collaboration.

Information

What we need

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing and social media management
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn tools, Google Analytics, and Telegram bots
  • Strong writing voice with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms (playful + professional)
  • High level of proactivity, independence, and ownership in managing campaigns, projects, and new initiatives
  • Passion for games, digital storytelling, and audience engagement

What you will do

  • Develop and execute annual content and social media strategies for new releases, partnerships, expos, interviews, and more—aligned with global marketing goals
  • Manage and grow Mancala Gaming’s presence on LinkedIn, META (Facebook/Instagram), Telegram, YouTube, X (Twitter), and the newsletter
  • Track, analyze, and report monthly on the performance of content and social channels
  • Coordinate with influencers, streamers, and media partners to develop co-branded social campaigns
  • Manage basic paid promotions, and propose campaign ideas to expand reach and awareness
  • Conduct competitive analysis of social content and channel strategies across the iGaming sector
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, iGaming developments, advertising regulations, and industry forums
  • Identify topics and trends that help position Mancala Gaming as an industry thought leader
  • Collaborate closely with internal design and marketing teams, and occasionally with partner social teams, to ensure consistent, high-quality content across channels
