Job Description
The Project Coordinator will be the main communication point between departments and is tasked with maintaining a comprehensive overview of the status of all projects and their dependencies. Working with different department leads, the project coordinator needs to quickly understand the scope and requirements of different projects and then create, schedule, and assign tasks using our project management tools.
The project coordinator will also be responsible for identifying gaps in our current production pipeline and then define, create, and document processes that will improve or facilitate a smoother, more efficient workflow.

What we need
- Previous and proven experience in a project management role, ideally within game-development or the gaming industry.
- Experience in project management from conception to delivery.
- Experience in project planning using tools such as Jira, Youtrack etc.
- Clear communication, negotiation, and team-management skills are crucial as you will liaising with various departments - both internal and external - with persons from a wide variety of backgrounds.
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional time-management skills.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance controls are an advantage.
- Able to multi-task and work across multiple projects simultaneously.

What you will do
- Be the main point of contact and communication between different departments.
- Facilitate communication between those departments to ensure projects are completed within agreed timeframes and to a high-quality standard.
- Create and maintain all project documentation and reports including weekly status reports that give a clear and concise overview of what was accomplished for the week, and what tasks need to be prioritized for the next week.

- Assist in developing project plans and timeframes for each project and then setting up and maintaining those projects within the framework of our project management tool(s).
- Help define project standards and ensure that those standards are consistently met.
- Work with our primary internal project management tool - Jira, to maximize its capabilities to meet the needs of the studio and the business.
