What we need

  • Proven experience in client acquisition and sales deal closure
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills across multiple online communication channels (e.g., email, Zoom, Slack)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to develop long-lasting business relationships
  • Willingness to travel internationally for events and meetings
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2 level)
  • Native-level fluency in any additional language is a plus
  • Solid understanding of CRM systems
  • Capability to handle business uncertainties and propose effective solutions
  • Experience in B2B sales, especially in iGaming, software, platform solutions, or SaaS industries
  • Track record of successfully closing deals and meeting sales targets
  • Experience participating in trade shows and professional industry events

What you will do

  • Actively expand Mancala Gaming’s client base through lead generation and acquisition (both online and in-person)
  • Conduct business negotiations, close sales, and prepare contracts
  • Establish and develop long-term relationships with customers, driving ongoing business opportunities
  • Attend and represent Mancala Gaming at international trade fairs and industry events (both online and offline)
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to meet sales targets and strategic goals
  • Address business challenges by identifying solutions that ensure deal closures
  • Create compelling commercial proposals to secure new business
  • Manage client relationships and track progress using our CRM system
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting requirements
  • Stay updated on market trends and expand your professional network
