What we need
- Proven experience in client acquisition and sales deal closure
- Strong negotiation and communication skills across multiple online communication channels (e.g., email, Zoom, Slack)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to develop long-lasting business relationships
- Willingness to travel internationally for events and meetings
- Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2 level)
- Native-level fluency in any additional language is a plus
- Solid understanding of CRM systems
- Capability to handle business uncertainties and propose effective solutions
- Experience in B2B sales, especially in iGaming, software, platform solutions, or SaaS industries
- Track record of successfully closing deals and meeting sales targets
- Experience participating in trade shows and professional industry events
What you will do
- Actively expand Mancala Gaming’s client base through lead generation and acquisition (both online and in-person)
- Conduct business negotiations, close sales, and prepare contracts
- Establish and develop long-term relationships with customers, driving ongoing business opportunities
- Attend and represent Mancala Gaming at international trade fairs and industry events (both online and offline)
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to meet sales targets and strategic goals
- Address business challenges by identifying solutions that ensure deal closures
- Create compelling commercial proposals to secure new business
- Manage client relationships and track progress using our CRM system
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting requirements
- Stay updated on market trends and expand your professional network
