Mancala Gaming Wins Best Marketing Campaign 2026 at SiGMA North America Awards
Mancala Gaming has been named the winner of the Best Marketing Campaign 2026 category at the SiGMA North America Awards. The award recognised the brand campaign dedicated to Mancala Gaming’s rebranding, new website launch, and product development.
At the heart of the campaign was the idea of moving away from traditional corporate announcements and instead introducing the audience to Mancala Gaming’s refreshed personality through brand storytelling. Its central element was a “brand diary”, a series of self-ironic posts about how Mancala Gaming had grown tired of repetitive B2B communication and decided to do things differently. The campaign brought together social media, targeted creatives, an editorial article, and an interview with the CEO.
For the first time in PR communication, Mancala Gaming brought characters from its own slots into its PR communications, turning them into active participants in the campaign and a reflection of its dynamic, playful, and self-ironic personality. Humour, satire, and direct dialogue with the audience allowed the company not only to communicate the changes, but to immerse the audience in the world of Mancala Gaming.
Over 1.5 months, the campaign reached more than 500,000 people. During the active placement stage, traffic to the Mancala Gaming website increased by 30%, while content engagement reached 10%.
“This award is particularly important to us because the campaign was about much more than simply telling the market about the changes at Mancala Gaming. We wanted to show what our brand can be in communication: bold, lively, and ready to move beyond the usual B2B conventions. The campaign results showed that this approach resonates with the audience, and winning at the SiGMA North America Awards is an important recognition of this work from the industry,” said Emiliano Sanchez, CCO at Mancala Gaming.
Winning Best Marketing Campaign 2026 marks another step in the development of Mancala Gaming’s refreshed positioning and reinforces the company’s ambition to stand out not only through its game portfolio, but also through the way it communicates with partners and the wider industry.
